I offer a wide variety of courses in a number of different venues in Basingstoke. From kids yoga & mindfulness, mother & baby yoga, vinyasa flow yoga and a range of creativity & yoga workshops.
The workshops include chocolate eating meditation & yoga, flower tea drinking meditation, drawing & yoga, meditation, figure drawing & yoga and my new course yoga UV glow.
